The Thought for Today: “Think”

•March 10, 2010 • Leave a Comment

My main thought today is:  “Think” Silence allows meditation or thinking, not the emptying of the mind, but the thinking of one’s day, dealings, desires, plans and accomplishments.

We make far too many mistakes because we do not take the time to think. Noise distracts us so that we can not think. The more quiet we have, the more we can gather our thoughts and view our decisions and needs. So take the time to think.

The Thought For Today: “Faith”

•March 10, 2010 • Leave a Comment

FAITH: Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstartion of realities though not beheld. Moreover, nothing can be accomplished without faith that it can and with the right effort and knowledge will be accomplished.

Although this fact is taken straight from The Bible it is not understood well at all. Faith is not based on magic, wishful thinking, miracles, false information, or even self reliance. It is based on Cause and Effect.  The Cause or THE ONE WHO CAUSES all good things and that fixes everything that is wrong; Causes everything that is in harmony with Universal Concepts, Precepts and Purposes, in harmony with Universal Issues as to that which has the right, the know how, the ability and the desire to Rule, Guide, Set the Standards and Govern that which makes life worth living, will succede if those so enlightened continue to exercise faith and continue to do the things so assigned.

Faith must be governed by accurate knowledge so designed by THE ONE WHO forms all knowledge, and knows all things especially the things that have to do with Divine Purpose.

Man has distorted the word “Faith” to mean something that can be used to manipulate others to gain mastery over their lives. It has been misconstrued to mean a system of beliefs no matter how harmful, dangerous, deceptive, cruel, selfish, and the like. Faith that is misconstrued and misplaced, based on false thinking seems to give ones the right to destroy and or impose their faith or belief systems on ohters to their own detriment.

However, real faith must be based on THE ONE WHO can bring that which is hoped for into reality. Faith must be based on accurate knowledge of THIS ONE, HIS WILL, WAYS, AND PURPOSES, It msut be based and tempered with common sense, wisdom, know how, and proper thinking ability, and must in and of itself provide the basis for a growing relationship with THE ONE WHO IS LOVE, WHO IS GOOD and WHO Desires and Purposes for all to live within boundaries that protect instead of hinder, or casttrate, or imprison.

Without all of the foregoing the word “FAITH” is of little significance and can only be used to destroy instead of perfect. Do you have real FAITH?

These Poetic Ramblings

•March 19, 2010 • Leave a Comment

Thinking is sometimes so very hard, Like drinking chard remains of some swollen pod.

Thinking comes late in the midnight’s still as though intent to kill all that which seems so real.

And should I continue to follow You my Dear,

Will You hold me near to Your heart always,

Or will You let me stray,

Until there comes the day when all begins to fade toward all the Summer’s wade-

That flows slowly into shade?

Till once the midnight seals yet another day?

These Poetic Ramblings: “Paths”

•March 19, 2010 • Leave a Comment

Right, then left, Left then right, The night it falls after mid day.

Down then up, Up then down,  The rain it comes in its own time.

And what is more is that doors open and close and so, I linger all the more -until midnight,as the moonlight it soothes, as I wait until noon comes again to lead me back to my chosen paths; yes for the noon will lead me back to my chosen paths, yes noon will bring me back to my chosen paths.

It is strange how one chosen path becomes so many now. And how such are found to be so real although conflict now. Still I havc found that YOUR GREATNESS is so emmence that I can not begin to find YOU on merely the shallowed ground, but on the many paths found for they all will lead me home to YOU.

The Thought For Today: “Clarity”

•March 19, 2010 • Leave a Comment

In order to be productive and accomplished there is a need for clarity.

What am I striving to do? Why am I striving to do this? Who will benefit? How will I benefit? How will I do this or that? When will I start? When will I finish? What is the sign of completion? What will be the sum of it all.

Had I known these questions to ask before I started whatsoever I have or did so start, I would have been far more accomplished to date.

I was not clear as to what I wanted to do. I did not know specifically why I wanted to do this or that. I did not act I merely reacted, and I have wasted most of my 54 years of life in the process. I am becoming more and more clear. I am learning who I am, what I want, where I want to be ultimately in my life in the next decode, and what I want to do to get there.

Without clarity we are all moping around in the dark, doing nothing and living far below our expectations.

I pray for more clarity. And may you gain the same.

I Need Not Acknowledge The Fact That

•March 16, 2010 • Leave a Comment

I need not acknowledge the fact that: I am alive, that is evident;

I need not acknowledge the fact that: I have seen yet another year move pass as speedily as one second ticks its tock on the clock.

I need not acknowledge the fact that: I have survived through injustice to such the degree that I agree with the doing of that which is otherwise inappropriate;

I need not acknowledge the fact that: The Truth is Truth and will always be such whether or not such is acknowledged.

I need not acknowledge the fact that: time is moving inextricably toward the ending of that which has been accepted as life, and should this strife be left to continue, that which will ensue will be less tolerable than should there be a cessation to the madness abruptly so.

Therefore I need not acknowledge the fact that: there is a need to change from the human rule to that of THE DIVINE.

The Benefits of Silence

•March 16, 2010 • Leave a Comment

In today’s world with cell phones, home phones, the Internet, ipods, CDS, mp3s, movies, TVS, text messaging, working with others, for others, living and the like there seems to be only noise.  Someone selling you something that is not needed nor really wanted.

And with these facts what has been sacrificed as if on the alter of our sanity is peace of mind, thoughtful meditation, assessments of decisions and life choices and common sense. All of these aforementioned things come only with the possession of silence. Without silence there is no way to assess anything, evaluate anything, learn anything, remember anything, feel anything.

We therefore merely go from one reaction to another reaction, for to take action that is of benefit we would have to stop and think so as to know what and how and why and where and when and to whom to do whatsoever.

Therefore without silence there is no room in the mind for thought, and without thought words and actions can be such dangerous things.

Stop, think, be still and quiet then reply if you dare.

J: My Son what do you think? Should we spare her life or not?

M: I believe that we should, for she tries and strives so hard. None the less it is difficult for her because of misunderstandings. That one makes it so very hard, still she stands in there although tired of the sufferage. So let her live.

J: What can be done to help her? What do you think although I know the better. How would you yourself help her?

M: By sending what she asks for more than thirty times in earnest, with persistent determination. And give her a reason to do more than believe. Answer her strongly and clearly and let her know for all certainty that she is both loved and understood. That should strengthen her, all the more.

Thinking V.S. Feeling

•March 10, 2010 • Leave a Comment

It is hard to feel and think at the same time. That is why when we are highly emotional we often display poor judgement.

However, to think without the thought of the feelings that will be affected by such thoughts and their manifestation brings about devistations that are insurmountable. Er go, THE ONE to WHOM we must stand accountable shows that emotions must be controlled less they destroy. Yet there must be that which is emotional for that is what drives us to move.
